Druidry is rooted in history, yet it isn’t trapped by it. That’s one of the things I love most about it. The ancient Druids left no manuals, no step-by-step guides. What remains are fragments, inspirations, and the enduring spirit of their wisdom living not in the past, but in how we carry it forward.
I’m not here to play dress-up in history or pretend I’m something I’m not. I’m a modern person, with a modern life, seeking connection to something timeless. The traditions of Druidry, the reverence for nature, the cycles of the year, the celebration of creativity are adaptable. They have to be.
The world has changed, but the human soul still yearns for meaning, for roots.
I’ll study the old ways, but I’ll also listen to what feels true now. Maybe that’s the real tradition, not just blind repetition, but thoughtful continuation.
